Amazing arena - why no escalators to 200 level?

I was blown away by the overall atmosphere at LCA, but very disappointed that there aren't any escalators to the 200 level seats. I went up to the balcony/mezzanine and looked all over for the escalator to my seat on the 200 level, only to find out the only options are to take stairs or the ONE elevator servicing fans (I was told the other elevator was exclusively for media/press). I have issues with my back and knees which make it very difficult to go up and down stairs. I would not have expected a brand new arena not to have better accommodations for people who cannot/should not be walking stairs - and one elevator for a 20,000 seat arena is not proper accommodation.
