Did not get what we paid for!!!!
We purchased tickets to see Rick Springfield and George Thorogood. Rick Springfield cancelled at about 5:00pm and notified fans via Twitter and Facebook. The venue didn’t even notify concert goers until immediately before the show and that was just via Facebook. No announcement at the venue itself. When we asked about Rick Springfield not being there they were surprised we knew. The box office “supervisor” then told us that Rick would reschedule and our tickets will be honored. We have heard nothing and I have zero faith this will happen. I am pretty sure that was all said to shoo us diehard Rick Springfield fans away. We are now out $300. So wrong.
